Return time is until 19:00. (If returning the next day, the returning time is 15:00 the next day.)
If you are late, we will charge an additional fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) per person for every 15 minutes.
*Stores completely closed at 19:30. Please note that if you arrive late, you will not be able to return the kimono on the same day.

About cancellation
*If you wish to cancel, please complete the cancellation procedure at least 24 hours before the reservation date and time.
*If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation date and time, we will send you an email with an invoice for the cancellation fee.

We do not allow guests (friends, photographers, etc.) who are not renting a kimono to enter the store.

We do not allow guests who are not feeling well or who are pregnant to rent kimono.

After completing your reservation, we will send you a reservation completion email, so please be sure to check the details. For reservations on the day of visit, walk-in fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) per person is required.
